I smiled a half smile and caught the ball again. I relized I was staring at him and looked away. What was wrong with me? I had never felt like this around him. We were friends. And only friends and thats how I wanted it right? But I was convincing myself not telling myself. All of the sudden I felt really awkward about standing her like I couldn't catch or do anything and sure enough when Zac threw the ball back-an easy catch-I fumbled and dropped it. He gave me a questioning stare that I tried too avoid

I blushed and nodded "Of course, captain." I said in a joking tone. I walked next to him, fully aware of his eyes on me. Gosh what was he thinking? Most likly how awful I looked right now. I was also aware that I was blushing pretty badly
